TACO SALAD

So the other I tried a recipe that one of the mom's of one of the kids I work with always makes. She said it was easy so I decided to try it....the ingredients are : Turkey Meat, Taco Seasoning, Corn, Cheese, Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Thousand Island Dressing.

First I browned the meat, put in Taco Seasoning and then Added the corn.

Then I added the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!

SUNSET JUNCTION

This weekend I went to Sunset Junction it was a lot of fun and I can not believe this was the first year I heard of it. The bands were amazing, the food was typical Festival food. I will DEF be returning next year hope the line up is good!
